Pteropod Responses to Ocean Acidification and Ocean Warming
The shelled pteropod Limacina helicina antarctica is significantly impacted by ocean acidification. In these studies we held pteropods at three pH treatments at either -1 C or +4C and measured changes in gene expression and genome-wide methylation.

Seasonal Transcriptome Profiles of the Antarctic Pteropod Limacina helicina antarctica
We examined the seasonal transcriptomes of these pteropods during the transition from winter to summer (September 6th, 2017) to December 7th, 2017). This study used a weighted gene co-expression network analysis to identify transcriptome wide changes in gene expression associated with the seasonal transition from winter to summer.
